Unfortunately I ordered a Orion CPE80, subwoofer from Amazon. 'The built in amplifier kept cutting off after 30 or 45 minutes of playing sub would go into the protect mode. I would let it cool down and then shore enough it would go thermal again, What a poor product. At 2:45 am I sent an email to the Orion support team. My issues were blown totally off by Alex. I called him at 11 am when he never got back from the email i sent him. He promised to return my call in 15 minutes. No call finally towards the end of the business day on Friday they sent me a email saying i bought it on Amazon and they could not help me. I had to go through Amazon for a refund. iI lost the whole day because of Alex's purposeful deliberate actions. Not one day was gone but 3 Sat and Sunday are not days that ups picks up or ships.
